Terms and Conditions: U.S.
Florida Pricing: Daily rates on rentals in the State of Florida will be $1.00 less than the U.S. corporate rates (outside the state of Texas) listed above.
Mileage Charges: All Vehicle classes include unlimited free miles when rented and returned to the same location.
One-Way Rentals: On rentals not returned to the same city where rented, the contracted rate will apply, plus an additional charge of $0.29 per mile driven. There is no additional mileage charge for vehicles rented between Austin, San Antonio, and Houston and no drop fee will apply.

Damage and Liability Protection: U.S.
LDW: On business rentals at participating locations in the U.S. using the corporate rate code and the Texas A&M AWD or BCD number, Loss Damage Waiver is included and the renter will not be responsible for loss or damage.
Liability: On business rentals at participating locations in the U.S. using the corporate rate code and the Texas A&M AWD or BCD number, liability coverage is included. The liability limits are 250/500/100.
Miscellaneous Information: U.S./Puerto Rico
Additional Eligible Renter: TAMU System employees on company business are eligible to rent vehicles under the contractual program.
