FMO uses a listserv to communicate important information such as deadlines, rule changes, etc., to the university business community. Messages sent using this listserv will include the target audience and topic in the subject so that users can easily identify whether the message is applicable to their specific job functions or not.

Other uses include Travel, Payment Card, Bookkeepers, FAMIS, Property, etc. If your job requires knowledge of any of these, please subscribe to the listserv using the instructions below.
- Send an e-mail to listserv@listserv.tamu.edu
- Do not enter a subject
- Clear any signature information in the body of the email
- In the body of the message type SUBSCRIBE FMOListserv [first name] [last name]
- Send the message
To remove yourself from the listserv, follow the above directions except use the command UNSUB instead of SUBSCRIBE.
